Mr. Kwaku Oppong-Duah is currently the General Manager, Client Services Division at the National Investment Bank Limited (NIB).

 

He is an experienced Development Banking Professional with proven proficiency in Agricultural Value Chain Financing. He possesses a strong analytical expertise in assessing operational performance, technical, commercial and financial viability of businesses sourcing funds for long term projects.

 

 

Additionally, he has considerable knowledge in Relationship Management, Risk Assessment and contemporary lending methodologies for the development of Corporate, Retail and SME Clients.

Mr. Kwaku Oppong-Duah has a Master of Microfinance Degree from the Universita Studi Degli di Bergamo, Italy and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management from Strayer University, USA.  He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Degree in Agriculture (Economics) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.

About Us

The history of the Bank can be traced to the end of the Second World War (WWII). Agitations from the indigenes against foreign imports led to a general boycott by the local population led by the Association of West African Merchants (AWAM). The colonial administration decided to establish an entity that would facilitate the involvement of private indigenous persons in business.
